IT Intern
Market Resource Partners is a technology marketing firm that works with Fortune 100 companies such as Cisco, HP, Dell, and IBM, marketing to potential prospects who are interested in their products. Market Resource Partners specializes in the design and execution of B2B marketing programs, executed both on a local and global basis.
As an IT intern, I worked closely with the CIO to analyze and report leads to prominent clients including Avnet, Cisco, and HP. I updated the CRM with key lead information in order to make reporting and lead uploads more efficient. I communicated regularly with satellite offices in Ireland and Nicaragua concerning campaigns based in EMEA and LATAM. I also maintained regular contact with clients to ensure leads were reported appropriately, templates were up to date, and to handle other client requests.
I worked at Market Resource Partners as an IT-intern part-time during the 2015 Spring Semester, and full-time for 3 months.
