Hello and welcome to my e-Portfolio!
My name is Mei Wang and I am currently a senior at Temple University’s Fox School of Business. I am pursuing my Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems and enrolled in the 4+1 Accelerated IT Audit & Cyber Security MS Program.
Overall, I consider myself as an individual who values teamwork, organizational structures, and proactivity. I believe the Management Information Information systems program merges both my interests in business and technical skills. As a Chinese-American student, I’d like to pursue an MIS road-path internationally after graduation and help bridge the gap between different business cultures and structures. By sharing our knowledge of systems, we can strengthen economic relations internationally and become more efficient in conducting business overall.
Upon enrolling in Temple’s ITACs program during my junior year, I learned about the importance of information security and how much corporations are migrating to the e-commerce industry. I would like to pursue the IT Audit track in the program and become CISA certified upon graduating. If possible, I want my future career to combine all my interests in business, information security, and information systems.
