Food “Runner”
Habitat is a startup application started by Temple University students that acts as a platform to allow food trucks to deliver. I manage the delivery of food trucks and local Temple University restaurant orders to all Temple University students, and faculty, focusing on customer satisfaction. I work with management to perfect the IOS/Android application for proper user functionality due Habitat being in the startup phase.
POSTMATES INC, October 2014 – January 2016
Courier
Postmates is an on demand delivery app aiming to “become the on-demand delivery infrastructure for every major city in the world”. At Postmates I delivered food from 45+ Philadelphia restaurants through Central Philadelphia and ensured punctual delivery time through a user based platform application. My delivery count totaled in 385 distinct trips. Postmates was, and still is extremely customer focused, my customer interactions per day varied but had to be excellent in that dropping below a 4.6/5 star rating would eject you from the platform. I maintained a 4.9/5 star customer rating.
MIDORI SUSHI, December 2013 – August 2015
Delivery Driver
Midori Sushi is a high end restaurant specializing in Japanese cuisine located in Princeton, NJ. While there I managed all order packing, pick up, and deliveries. I was put in charge of route optimization, at my own discretion, often more than 3 orders per trip, in separate city’s. I always completed each delivery with a punctual drop off time. I also conducted flyer advertisement in surrounding areas as well as coordinated customer satisfaction pre and post-delivery to ensure a high customer return rate.
SPARKLING POOLS INC, Summers June 2012 – August 2014
Lifeguard
Sparkling Pools Inc is a full service swimming pool contractor serving New Jersey, Eastern PA, Delaware and Northern Maryland. Sparkling Pool provides swimming pool maintenance and repair service, as well as lifeguard staff for commercial swimming pools. I worked summers as a certified lifeguard in over 5 pools managed by Sparkling Pools Inc. in both Somerset and Mercer counties, New Jersey. I have vast experience in all water rescue techniques, high level of adaptability to all work changes, and helpful to all patrons of community. I also supervised daily pool operations including pool/spa cleanliness, water levels, temperature, chemical levels, and water chlorination.
