Business Analysis: Essential Tools and Techniques (2021)
This course’s main focus was on practical business analysis techniques for delivering clear solutions. While it was being done, I learned how to build key business analyses, such as process models and flow diagrams, through examples. This LinkedIn Learning really mentioned how deliverables connect back to business objectives. Then the importance it translates requirements into a visual model that shows workflows. I gained my ability to document the solution that needs to be accomplished and how to deliver it. Which ties into any full-time roles, like a business analysis day-to-day role, which is an endeavor I can see myself taking.
