I have a multitude of work experience as I started working when it was legally acceptable. I began as a bagger in a supermarket making my way up to cashier which also lead to me become the “Break cashier” which is the person trusted enough to work on other cashier register’s while they are on break. I was then moved to many multiple different positions making my way up. These included: inventory & stock, produce, and bakery as well as a few others. I ended off my 5 and half year run at the supermarket as a customer service representative before making my way into Wells Fargo where i have been a bank teller since my start date.
As a Bank Teller I developed the skills of building meaningful relationships with customers in order to better understand their needs. I communicated with team members about cash drawer limits, and customer service techniques. After 2 years with the company I received the opportunity to return back to my previous work environment except with the promotion of a Front end manager.
As a Front end Manager I serve as a leader to 35 employees in various departments assisting them with daily operations. I carefully address customer concerns with accurate solutions in order to maximize their customer satisfaction. I am also responsible for end of day balancing of all front end operations.
