MIS 3535: Lead Global Digital Projects – Greater Sum Foundation.
The project is to redesign a new website with a couple of specific requirements from the client, The Greater Sum Foundation. My role in this project was product planning: I planned out the roadmap for the product, made sure that every piece of the product was finished on time. For this project, I planned three sprints to get the project ready. Sprint 1: My team did initial research on The Greater Sum Foundation and planned out the structure of the website on SquareSpace. Sprint 2: We started implementing the functions required by the client and we made sure that the new website was user friendly and easy to navigate. Sprint 3: We did some final edits on the required functions, making sure that everything worked properly.
