- What you learned: Women in our industry face many challenges and recognizing these challenges is a crucial step in the right direction. By increasing the profile of technology-leading women, our industry can help usher in young professionals who may not be aware of the opportunities in our field. Our goals are to advocate, advance, and highlight women as leaders across our membership and the industry while educating and mentoring to empower women in the workforce.
