    For Starbucks, I found a lot of positive feedback with people being excited that Starbuck’s fall drinks are back.
    In the politics I did find some negative tweets where people with disagree with what that political party said in their tweet and expressing their own opinions.
    Some neutral tweets I found was then saying a post was cute or interesting.

    Negative tweets
    @CocaColaCo
    you owe me a $10.00 refund. Drink was the wrong drink the first time, second time i got it but it was flat. Then the next 5.00 dollar charge is a duplicate charge. Quit charging me multiple times. Price is 1.75 NOT 5.00 .

    Difficult to classify tweets
    @CocaColaCo
    what is getting in the way in making more diet, lite, zero drinks available in the markets? Sugar taxes don’t seem to make any difference.

    You can get 50% off iced drinks at Starbucks every Tuesday this month.

    When I came into office, we had a lot of work to do.

    But on my watch, we went from losing jobs to creating them. And we’re down to one of the lowest unemployment rates in 50 years.

    I think that these are examples of positive tweets because they get the audience involved in what the tweeter wants them to do, for coke, this is interacting with them and therefore supporting their company, for Biden this is getting people on board with his choices as president.

    Since I came to office, we’ve created 10 million jobs.
    This is a negative tweet because it may cause controsersey with Americans who supported Trump and split peoples opinions even though it is used to make him look good,

    Positive- Starbucks: “Welcome back pumpkin. ? For the love of Fall, order your Pumpkin Spice Latte or Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew now.” This would be classified as positive because it contains words like “welcome” and “love”
    Negative- Nike: “Hi, we’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble with checking out. Can you please DM us your Nike Member email?” this would be classified as negative because it contains words like “sorry” and “trouble”
    Neutral – Mcdonalds “we never like to disappoint. tell us more about your visit here:” this is neutral because it contains positive word “like” and negative word “trouble”

    Positive: “Hi! You are great. Don’t forget to create a birthday cake or cupcake flavored cola! God bless! Eva”. This is positive because the person tweeting is complementing CocaCola on their business.

    Negative: “Crap in plastic”. This is negative because the person tweeting is insulting CocaCola’s product.

    Neutral: “Hey how are you?”. This is neutral because the person tweeting is asking CocaCola a question that does not have a positive or negative demeanor.

    bad:
    If you asked me I’d tell people don’t waste their money on your terrible company.

    difficult:

    Showing their love for starbucks products and how they will be loyal to the brand for the rest of their lives because of this.
    Negative: Dear
    @Starbucks
    today is my 20 year anniversary as a partner. I was so proud & honored & all I got was a plaque & a $50 gift card. To say I’m not broken hearted would be a lie. I have given my all to you for 20 years. Maybe it’s silly but I thought it would matter.
    She was upset that she wasn’t appreciated more for her loyalty to the brand for 20 years. Starbucks replied to this negative comment offering to discuss the issue further.

    Nike:
    “There’s nothing “Luxe” about these shoes. They’re amazing, don’t get me wrong, but they’re made entirely of synthetic materials. There’s nothing premium in them.”

    – Negative and positive. While this guy compliments the shoes because he likes Nike, he calls out that they are not actually “Luxe” since they are synthetic. A computer would analyze it as positive from the phrase “They’re amazing.” I don’t think it would recognize it as bad.

    “This might be the best LeBron sneaker ever”

    – The computer will recognize this tweet as positive through the phrase “best.”

    Adidas:

    “I need a pairrrrrrrr pleaseee”

    – A computer would not recognize this as positive or negative, but we can see that it is positive.

    “I requested a return and there was no response, why is this disrespect my experience I did not like”

    – A computer would see this as negative through the word “disrespects” and the phrase “I did not like”

    Post is positive because of “unreal performance”.
    Reply: “failed lol” is negative because of “failed” but can be difficult to classify because of “lol” which can also be positive.
    Reply: “Fields is generational and I’ve been saying it
    He’s the best rushing qb in the league

    Tweet 2 from Pepsi: https://twitter.com/pepsi/status/1589347017133891586?cxt=HHwWhIC90Z-sv44sAAAA
    Post is neutral because it is asking a question but can be difficult ot classify because of “weirdest” which can be negative.
    Reply: “Make better soda” is negative because it is telling Pepsi to make better soda and therefore implying that their soda is not good enough. This relpy can be difficult to classify because of “better” describing “soda” which can be positive.
    Reply: “Ghost pepper” is neutral because it is answering the question by stating the experience of one user.
