In class today, I will revisit the demo file we looked at most recently. There will be lots of “hands on” activity today … so please follow along!
As much as possible – I want to make sure we understand the JavaScript “old stuff” before getting in to the JavaScript “new stuff”.
We have some flexibility over the next few classes that will allow us play with the class schedule like this.
We’ll see how long this takes, and then perhaps move in to the “new stuff” lecture as time permits.

Hello everyone:
First, be sure to sign up for the IT Career Fair (see announcement in the last post below).
In today’s class we will return to JavaScript, revisiting JavaScript and jQuery commands you have seen in the past. (Slides and examples are on the class schedule.)
Class will conclude with quiz 1.

Registration ends 9/13. Sign up today. Don’t delay!
Today’s class will focus on the topic of Accessibility, and offer some practical HTML tips towards making more accessible applications.
Today’s material will inform the content of quiz 1, next week.
Outside of class, every student should be working on Project 1 independently. A few students have already turned in their solutions to Project 1. (That’s probably good, I think.)
After Project 1, the next thing you can work on independently is the assigned LinkedInLearning video found in weeks 4 and 5 on the class schedule.
See you in class.
