The course includes four graded assignments (submit on canvas) :
1- Agile software / Scorecard (team)
2- Product Vision, Story MAP and Product Backlog (team)
3- Sprint Review (team)
For this assignment you will be preparing a slide deck in which you will be describing the following:
- Your product roadmap
- The progress you have made to date regarding your client project (you can present a feature you built or are building)
- What is your ToDo list until the Final Presentation
You will present to the client and get feedback on your work and discusses what should be done prior to the final presentation.
In your slide deck, make sure that:
- You use interesting visual
- Minimum words (for details, use the notes section)
- One page per topic (max of 4 slides including the title page)
4- Simulation (individual)
Simulation will be run three times, once at the beginning of the semester and twice at the end of the change leadership discussions (Kotter). Report will be submitted to include screenshots of all three runs, what actions you took at the beginning, what actions/strategies you use at the end and how Kotter’s book affected your decisions. A total of two pages double-spaced in a word document (excluding the screen shots). See details more in Canvas.
