This past semester I took User Experience and I found the class really fun and interactive. I learned how to create different prototypes using Figma. I thought I would never use it again, but for my group intern project I actually did. In fact, it is a great way to create an app for outages and it’s really helping me develop and make progress with the project.
MIS 2402 taught me how web applications support business processes and integrate with APIs and other web services. That foundation has helped me better understand the AI products I’m working on during my internship and communicate more effectively with engineers when discussing features and troubleshooting issues.
