IT Administrator at Good Time Furniture
In the summer of 2017, I work as an IT administrator at Good Time Furniture. I work with a member from the IT department and help to manage the company website and network maintenance. Also, I help with any troubleshooting issues and online inventory. Daily tasks vary.
Good Time Furniture is a new and centrally located furniture store that ensures to provide high quality products and services. It currently has two locations, in Philadelphia, PA and Folcroft, PA. They are a growing company that prioritizes to satisfy their customers and to ensure great customer service and satisfaction.
I am learning a great deal from interning with this company. I haven’t had much experience dealing with any IT maintenance and management, but with this internship it showed me what it takes to manage a company website to increase the productivity and reduce performance issues, provide the required assistance needed when there are any service failures, and maintain and administer services.
