I demonstrated my exceptional advanced information technology skills while volunteering for the Newtown Business Association. For example, by asserting my knowledge of computer programs and software, I helped lead and execute the Information Technology Seminars presented by the Newtown Business Association. My Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint certifications and computer programming expertise granted me the responsibility of creating project documents and plans that would teach and engage participants in the practice of technology in various Information Technology areas. My knowledge can help any future companies develop project documents and plans that can assist both information Technology developers and business users.
Internship at 3Wave Inc:
Furthermore, my Customer Service Associate Internship at 3WaveInc allowed me to effectively display my communication skills with clients and customers. My communication skills enabled me to provide product information and efficiently sell and promote our services. With the help of the Retail Campaign Manager, I went business to business offering to decrease their PECO bill by choosing NRG as their energy supplier. I communicated successfully how choosing our energy provider would result in a better rate while also providing a cleaner form of energy that helps our environment. I increased my commission revenue from the beginning to the end of my internship by nearly 50 percent solely through my effective communication with customers. Customers were allowed to cancel with no fees at any time but nearly 95% of my customers locked in the long-term rate for their PECO bill. My acquired skill in communicating effectively will allow me to succeed in any future positions.
