Pharmacy Technician
- Pull and analyze electronic health records, third-party adjudication data, and inventory/stock-level reports from RxConnect (CVS’s internal database system), using cross-referenced data to catch discrepancies
- Process and audit 100+ prescriptions per shift within RxConnect, ensuring data integrity and operational accuracy in a high-volume environment
- Manage end-to-end data intake for 50+ daily prescription drop-offs by phone and in-person, entering records into RxConnect and validating insurance data to strengthen data quality and reduce processing errors
- Apply FEFO (First-Expired-First-Out) inventory management logic and execute routine cycle counts across 500+ SKUs, driving process optimization that reduces losses from expired stock and returns (RTS)
