Hobby!
Found some time over break to reignite a hobby of mine, cooking! In this picture you see me attempt to bake two Cornish hens with garlic butter baste as well as some herbs and aromatics. When you put it together with the homemade mashed potatoes and carrots it was delicious and a nice treat for myself!
