Exelon is a nuclear power company based in Chicago, IL and is the largest producer of zero-carbon energy. There are about 33,000 employees working at Exelon. I will be in the application support division based out of Conshohocken, PA.

• Provide Level 1 support to Gas IT applications
• Develop and maintain processes to enable adherence to compliance requirements
• Ensure effective change management and communication is provided as compliance processes are rolled out
• Documentation of existing system processes, procedures and architecture
• Facilitate conversations with business and IT teams to trace process flows, when required

Creating and supporting IT applications was a large part of my education as an MIS student as well. I will be providing support to various applications Exelon uses to ensure they are functioning properly. One of the courses that helped me get this job is the Cloud Architecture course which taught me the basics of cloud storage and the architecture of the internet. Another is Data Analytics as I will be using SQL often.
