Administrative Marketing Assistant & Assistant Marketing Director

    1. Philly Property Group is a real estate team in northern liberties with about 15-20 members. It is a subgroup under Art Herling, working with Long and Foster
    2. Administrative Marketing Assistant, I was assigned tasks to streamline workflow such as creating monday.com automations, make.io automations, wix.com website updates, data management and lead/sale organization.
    3. I managed the social media pages and created a great workflow to manage and organize research data. Along with that I worked as a Manager to the intern, and created materials for the upcoming internship program. Along with that I created email templates for the company with html, css, and javascript.
    4. I learned alot about how important workflow is. When I came in as an intern I was doing weekly update emails and once we moved to monday.com the data management and collaborative ability dramatically increased. Along with that having a central database to work on and with made tasks that used to take several layers of correspondence fizzle down to me and getting the info very quickly with a mostly autonomous system
    5. I managed the internship program where I created a entire workflow system to categorize and collect the research the interns were doing. This was done through monday.com where I was able to give each intern a workspace to record their research and transfer that data into information and leads for the company.
