Mapping for User Experience Projects
The LinkedIn Learning course on Mapping for User Experience Projects taught me how to understand users better by creating different kinds of maps. I learned to look at things from the user’s perspective, figuring out what they need and what might frustrate them. By using techniques like empathy mapping and journey mapping, I can visualize their experiences and find ways to make them better. The course also showed me how to work with teams to turn research into useful ideas and designs. Now, I feel more confident in creating designs that users will love.
