Certified Scrum Master
I earned the Certified Scrum Master Certificate from Scrum Alliance. The activity itself involved successfully completing a rigorous Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) training course, which covered the principles and theory behind the Scrum framework, including the roles, events, and artifacts defined in the Scrum Guide. Following the training, I passed the required exam to earn the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification. What I learned was the fundamental mindset and mechanics of Agile project management, specifically through the Scrum framework.
