Lead Server

Working in the restaurant industry allows me to sharpen my customer service skills. With interacting with a diverse customer base, I’ve learned to anticipate customer expectations and resolve conflicts effectively. Additionally, this new position allowed me to improve my leadership and collaboration skills. Furthermore, while not being extremely technology heavy, I use excel on a daily basis to keep track and update records. For example, we have a weekly meeting comparing various costs week to week related data to make sure we keep costs low and different ways to improve based on our analysis.
