As an Information Technology Assistant for a data visualization course with 120 students, my role involves managing and maintaining the digital tools and platforms essential for the curriculum. I handle the setup of necessary software, troubleshoot any technical issues that arise, and ensure that students have reliable access to the data sets and visualization tools they need. I assist in facilitating online discussions and workshops, providing technical support to students as they learn and apply complex data visualization techniques. Working closely with the course instructor, I help to optimize the digital learning environment, ensuring that it is efficient and effective for all students.
