IT Intern
- Job function: I was an IT intern at a law firm, meaning that I would help set up / fix technology in the firm and help design their websites.
- I designed and created 2 of their websites from scratch, using a web development platform called Wix. These sites are https://www.youronlineprofessor.net/ and https://www.legalmalpa.com/
- During my time at Gibson & Perkins, PC. I got to experience hands on projects relating to my major (consulting) by developing sites that are user friendly. I also helped with installing software to the attorneys’ devices, and I showed them how a lot of technology-based interfaces worked. This really showed me what it was like to work in a professional atmosphere, in an area that I could see myself doing full-time in the near future.
