Working with Difficult People
I believe this topic is one that applies to the working life greatly and something I definitely want to become better at. This LinkedIn learning taught me that dealing with difficult people can but through self reflection and empathy you can learn to better deal with these people. Understanding that the only person you can really control is yourself is vital in the working world and something I really understood more during this learning.
