IBIT Mentee
I participated in the IBIT mentorship program during the Fall 2023 semester. I was paired with a mentor that was able to help me narrow down possible career paths that match my interests. My mentor also talked about his experience through his early career and how he was able to grow into the leader he is today. This helped me learn about how I can adopt leadership skills in my early career and how to effectively manage teams. This mentorship program was sponsored by the Institute for Business and Information Technology (IBIT).
