How to Regain Control of Your Time, Energy, and Priorities

The LinkedIn Learning segment that I listened to, “How to Regain Control of Your Time, Energy, and Priorities”, discussed time management and how to avoid burnout. In the episode, Carey Nieuwhof discussed various tactics on how to be the most productive version of yourself in and outside the office. He recommends time blocking as a tactic to decrease the chance of burnout. I found his podcast extremely helpful. I look forward to time blocking my days in order to be the most efficient and productive version of myself. The advice that Nieuwhorf gave in the podcast episode helped me gain a better understanding of how to delegate time to complete my tasks. I will use his methods to discover the best times to study, complete my coursework, and, ultimately, find balance between my personal, school and work life.
