Nick Robinson Personal Journal Entry – 5
This week went slightly better for our team. In terms of our work, I finished making changes to the Org Chart and I made a new project budget. Again, these are 100% finished, and I still need to make some changes. For one, the budget is in Excel and I have to import into Microsoft Project. On the other hand, I really like our Org Chart.
With our BAs, communication still is pretty rough. We had a meeting this week at 5pm, but only one BA attended. The others either texted me to tell me they couldn’t make it, or just didn’t show up at all. I need to instill some worry in them about the project. Also, I’m in a slightly awkward position, since some of my BAs are retaking the class. Its hard for me to goad them into working on the project when they already know what they are getting themselves into.
