About Me
I am currently a senior at Temple University with a major in Human Resource Management (HRM) and will be graduating in May 2015. I am looking to obtain an entry-level position in Human Resource Management; I am open to working in all areas of HR.
I am a highly motivated, determined young woman who is looking to advance in the business world through sustainable and responsible business. I currently am an intern at Phelan Hallinan, LLP; my position at Phelan Hallinan has taught me how to stay organized in order to process the paper work for over 200 employees in the on boarding process. My experience working as a manager at a McDonald’s franchise has allowed me to develop my leadership skills in a highly diverse work environment.
I have proven to myself and others around me that i have a strong drive to succeed by graduating high school a year early in order to attend college; I will be 20 years old by the time I graduate. Attending college while simultaneously working two part time jobs has taught me how to prioritize my work, succeed in working both in groups and individually, and stay organized in order to be more efficient.
