Work Experience
During the summer of 2013 I worked at Sonic drive-in as a skating carhop. I would take orders, make drinks and ice cream menu items, serve food, and clean. Working at Sonic was definitely an experience I will never forget. It was a lot of work and on summer nights I would have to serve the full parking lot and patio by myself. Even though my back and feet would hurt from rolling skating for six hours straight, I enjoyed working at Sonic and interacting with the other employees and customers! Working at Sonic was a great stepping stone for me to transition into working for professional firms. I developed communication skills by interacting with customers and employees. I also developed multi-tasking skills and proved to be diligent and dedicated throughout my summer job experience.
