Floor Supervisor Part Time
The main responsibility of the Floor Supervisor is to help and support the Assistant Manager and the store in all areas of the store, including merchandising, personnel, products, and visual functions, as well as business procedures and store outcomes. Assist management with associate recruitment, development, and training. My overall responsibility is to direct and motivate the store team to provide service per the TH Customer Service program, generate sales and profit, minimize losses, and ensure the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained.
