Barista
From January of 2025 to the present, I have worked as a barista and cashier at ShareTea, a globally recognized bubble tea franchise. In this role, I developed strong customer service skills, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for guests. My responsibilities included preparing beverages, handling point-of-sale systems, and managing daily operations such as stocking inventory and executing opening and closing procedures. Beyond technical skills, this experience enhanced my ability to work under pressure, multitask, and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment. It also deepened my understanding of customer relationship management, as I learned to anticipate and fulfill customer preferences while maintaining high-quality service.
