In this semester-long project I learned how to combine everything I had learned in MIS and the school of business together. We ended up creating an idea for a new type of social network that would aim to reduce internet plagiarism. I learned how to work with a team for a project with many parts to it and manage all the deadlines required through the semester. I also learned how much effort is needed to lift a business idea off a ground even from just the prototype phase.
