Customer Service Representative

These responsibilities sharpened my ability to communicate effectively across departments and strengthened my organizational skills. This role taught me the importance of adaptability, teamwork, and proactive problem-solving. By interacting with various systems and teams, I developed a deeper understanding of business operations, enhanced my technical proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, and gained valuable insights into the significance of customer-centric service delivery.
