Coursework
I have completed all coursework for my Associates of Business Administration at Bucks County Community College.
Now at Temple, I am majoring and registered to the MIS program, the classes that I have taken so far are:
BA 2196: Business Communications – This class taught me how to give a proper presentation, how to address my audience, and how to be professional in a work setting.
MIS 2101: Digital Systems – This course was an intro course to the MIS major, which played a significant role in me switching my major from accounting to MIS.
Acct 2521 & 3511: Cost and Financial Accounting- These are two accounting courses I took, to understand the world of accounting and to have some background knowledge in the industry.
I am currently taking:
MSOM 3101: Operation Management – This course focuses on operation management and how to keep systems efficiently flowing within a business.
MIS 2402 & 2502: Web Application Development & Data & Analytics- Both of these courses a major requirement for the MIS major, but they both focus on different parts of the MIS industry and are teaching us new software that is relevant to the 21st century.
BA 3102: Business Society and Ethics – This course is focus on teaching students how to be ethical and professional when put into a difficult setting or any type of situation in the business world.
