Front Desk Worker

As a front desk worker for the MIS department, I helped facilitate communication among faculty regarding events and upcoming news within the MIS department.

I helped students navigate their MIS academic plans, aided them with advice regarding course load, study habits, and helped them with each unique problem.

I oversaw all hourly timesheet submissions among ITA’s and verified they were working the hours they claimed to.

I delivered a lot to the MIS department this semester and learned lots of relevant information along the way.
