Summer 2016 – Fall 2016
This summer and currently during the Fall 2016 school semester, I have had the opportunity to work for MK Management Group. MK Management is an off-campus student housing company in the Temple University area. I was hired as a full-time summer intern with the official title of Business Intelligence / Data Analytics. I am fortunate enough that they have decided to keep me on as a part-time employee during the Fall 2016 school semester as well. I was brought in to optimize their SEO division and assist a third party vendor. Along the way, I was lucky enough to take on several other responsibilities such as: implementing, updating, and purchasing a new domain name for our email server; we previously were using outlook and I transferred our entire company over to Google Business email. Also, I was in charge of redesigning and updating the website so that it would be mobile compatible and modern.
- Work with Search Engine Optimization company to ensure that real estate postings are receiving maximum Internet exposure
- Analyze Google Analytics and Google Adwords to ensure maximum Internet traction
- Aided in the process of transferring website from Ruby on Rails to WordPress
- Implement and transfer employee users from outlook email to google business mail
- Analyze spreadsheets of data collected by leasing agents and create methods for increasing sales
- Analyze the data behind various marketing campaigns to determine which are effective or ineffective
