Vice President of Finance – Panhellenic Council of Temple University
The Panhellenic Council Executive Board represents six sororities, with representatives nominated and elected by the members of each respective. As Vice President of Finance, I am responsible for overseieng the Council\\\’s financial operations, ensuring the effective management of our allocations, and coordinating on university and organizational resources provided to us. In this role, I have created new budget management systems, reorganized bank authorizations and permissions, maintained expenditures and invoices, and established fundraising opportunities. This role allows me to strengthen my strategic decision making, reinforces my attention to detail, and collaboration with University Staff and the national Panhellenic Council staff. All of these skills are skills I learn about in my current and past enrollments, such as FIN 3101 (Financial Management), BA 4102 (Strategic Management) and ACCT 2103 (Financial and Managerial Accounting).
