If you have any issue with a parking spot, either as a host or seeker, please follow these steps in the app:
Click on the Dispute tab which will offer two options
- Park at the nearest garage
- If the spot you booked was not available when you arrived or someone was in your spot for longer than reserved park at the nearest garage or lot and save your receipt
- then proceed to the next step and submit a dispute
- Submit a Dispute
- send a text to PARK(7275) with the word ‘DISPUTE’
- our automated texting system will walk you through providing all the necessary information
- once you have completed filling in the text message send it to our dispute team
- we will review the dispute and respond to you with our decision
- if we need to reimburse you for anything we will do so through the app
