Project Management Simplified
During my “Project Management Simplified” course on LinkedIn Learning, I had the chance to learn the very basics of effective project management. This course was given by Bonnie Biafore, an expert in the industry, and comprised hands-on tools and frameworks for planning, executing, and closing projects effectively. Underwritten by LinkedIn Learning, the training gave professionals actionable strategies for managing projects that range in size and complexity. My role as a learner was to actively understand some key concepts regarding project scope definition, development of realistic timelines, resource allocation, and risk management. Furthermore, I gained knowledge on best communication practices that align team members and stakeholders through the different phases of the project lifecycle. Upon completion of this course, I developed in strengthening my ability in smoothing the workflow, enhancing collaboration effort within a team for successful outcomes-a critical skill in any working environment.
