    1. RSM US LLP is an audit, tax, and consulting firm, focused on the middle market in the United States and a member of the global accounting network RSM International. It is the fifth largest accounting firm in the United States. I will be working with in the Technology Consulting area of the business, specifically with the Microsoft Dynamics 365  Customer Engagement team.
  2. Job function (e.g., overall role, assigned tasks)
    1. This is a client facing role responsible for reviewing the business needs and designing, implementing and supporting Dynamics CRM applications of the firm\’s clients
    2. Lead and/or participate in analysis session with clients to determine application requirements for new CRM implementations
    3. Analyze client business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
    4. Perform gap analysis between a client\’s requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
    5. Configure the application to meet a client\’s requirements using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
    6. Extend capability of CRM through creation of new entities, forms, work flows and reports
    7. Determine third party applications to enhance and support the CRM system. Implement these third party applications as required
    8. Design business processes and data flows between Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications and other applications, such as back office/ERP applications
    9. Design and write specifications for CRM customizations and integrations to be coded by CRM developers
    10. Perform CRM application testing of configurations and customizations
    11. Train client staff on CRM use
    12. Coordinate with client lead users and client engineering teams to test and implement new or modified programs as needed
    13. Assist during the sales cycle by providing demonstrations of CRM, scoping projects and educating prospects on Dynamics CRM

    1. This job relates to the course work done in my Digital Solutions Studio class and Lead Global Digital Project class. In these classes, I learned how to work with clients to understand the requirements of a project. I also learned how to design business rules and requirements. This role requires me to communicate with both developers and clients. which was talked about a lot in the Digital Solutions Studio class. I also learned about agile methodologies in the Global Projects class, which I will use at RSM.
