The Six Morning Habits of High Performers

In this podcast, I learned about the healthy habits that high performers practice every morning. I learned the importance of meditating the right way. I learned how important silence is when meditating. I learned that you should be realistic with your affirmations and treat it as commitments instead of wishes. I was also reassured to appreciate where I currently am in life instead of constantly stressing myself out. Although, this does not mean I should get comfortable and procrastinate. This will help build my health and wellness. This relates to my career goals because I want to be a high performer but never took necessary steps to get there. This help put me in check as I will slowly but surely work towards finding myself at the top.
