In this activity, I learned about Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and the different types of RPAs such as an API based RPA which allows for data interaction and exchange. I also learned about specific tools within some of Cencora’s RPAs such as Automation Anywhere, Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Cloud (formerly Microsoft Flow). One interesting insight question I had answered about the RPA development was which part of the development was the most challenging and I was told that it was requirement gathering, process optimization and process documentation.
