- As an intern, my primary role was to assist the team in various software-related tasks and projects. I assisted with the deployment and management of the sales website. I also manage online sales inventory.
- Implementation of a customer relationship management (CRM) system: In order to improve client interaction and data management, I worked with the IT team to set up and modify the CRM system. I was able to obtain hands-on expertise in database management and software deployment through this project.
- I was involved in creating automated systems to evaluate large datasets and increase the accuracy and efficiency of producing performance reports.

My Business Communications class was also essential in preparing me for communicating with both customers and colleagues.
