I have taken the risk management class and legal environment class, In risk management class I learned the difference between ‘diversifable’ and ‘non- diversifiable’ risks and terminology used by risk professionals, to refer to physical and intangible risks. In legal environment class I learned the legal system and the development of substantive and procedural law with emphasis on the idea that business relationships are based upon contractual agreements. The course covers numerous pertinent business laws and regulations that shape business activities.
