Completed IBIT mentoring program.

Before entering this program, I always had these expectations such as going into project management right away or just any management level position. I always thought this since these are rolls I took in extra curricular activities during school. However, my mentor made me realize that being a leader means more responsibility and more reliability. After talking to my mentor I honestly see myself as a individual contributor (at least starting out) rather than a manager.
