IBIT Mentorship Program
This mentorship program sponsored by the Institute of Business & Technology was a remarkable opportunity to meet and connect leaders in the IT field. I was able to connect with multiple IT professionals and learn about their journey navigating through the industry. Throughout the course of the year long program, I was paired with two mentors who offered me insight and advice for professional growth. Having accessibility to one-on-one meetings with my mentors throughout the semester was a helpful resource before beginning to navigate the professional world on my own.
