AIS Mentorship Program Experience
As having previous experience with the mentorship program being a mentee, it has helped me to understand and gain knowledge from different mentors. They have guided me so much where I cannot fathom not having this kind of experience. It is amazing to have the leadership and guidance to help others when they need it knowingly or unknowingly. It is an awesome experience that should continue in the long run.
