WORLD CHAMPION TAE KWON DO, Monroe, CT
Volunteer : June 2014 – May 2016
• Supported Tae Kwon Do instructor with daily classes ranging from 10-20 students per class dedicated to teaching self-defense; periodically aided in administrating belt tests every two months.
• Integrated traditional techniques and self-defense forms with unique activities to establish a fun yet proper regime to strengthen students’ abilities in achieving higher degree belts.
• Communicated efficiently with various age groups to create a productive environment.
THS MUSICALS, Trumbull, CT
Props/Backstage Coordinator : January 2015 – June 2016
• Designed and shaped props for musicals and plays aimed for an audience of 200 and occasionally participated in set design and creation.
• Directed a team of six-eight to productively create numerous props and finish set backgrounds within three months for both fall and spring plays.
• Interacted with other head coordinators to resolve technical issues and amend any conflicts.
