Turning Pressure into Power
This Linked-In learning allowed me to learn how to translate pressure into power by explore the three critical components of pressure—importance, uncertainty, and volume—to get a better understanding of how pressure works. Additionally, I learned some tactics for managing each component of pressure through shifting my attention, using questions to reduce anxiety, and managing overwhelming volumes of work. These skills will allow me focus on what I need to do, through turbulent and uncertain times.
