Wellness Activity: Go for a Run
This morning, my friend and I went up to our high school parking lot and did a run together. Our run included of sprints and we did a couple sets of those. Since we both are on the field hockey team at Temple, this run was a part of our conditioning for this summer. I found this run we did to be good because I felt better when I was finished and I can feel myself getting in good shape. I am going to continue to do this everyday and get on a good schedule.
