Work Experience

enGenius Consulting Group Inc. (Jan 2018 – Current)

Title: Computer Operator – I

My first IT related job and I am loving it. For this position, I work as a civilian-contractor for the US Army to help train soldiers. My title is Computer Operator – I, but I am also called Distant Training Facility Manager, and I manage everything that has to do with the Distant Training Facility in my building. My duties are to do routine maintence on the computers, install softwares, inventory, server check, and scheduling with soldiers who need the facility to do conduct their training. I am very pleased that I was given the opportunity to take over this position, and through this I’ve been constantly learning a lot more on managing computers and especially servers.

US Army (Aug 2015 – Current)

Title: Patient Administration Specialist (68G)

There is a reason why the US Army is respected. I’m still in the US Army and it’s been only couple years, but in that short amount of time I’ve met some of the hardest working soldiers. My position in the US Army is patient adminstration specialist, and my duties are to compile and manage patient’s medical records. I am in charge of all the medical records in the hospital, therefore I need to stay organized to keep track of all records. The work ethics and team work that I learned and still learning here is truly remarkable. Always putting the greater goal first before anything else and always staying on task my priorities.

McDonald (July 2015 – April 2017)

Title: Crew Trainer

During my time at McDonald, I was able to learn and experience a lot about customer service. I was able to interact with many co-workers and learned to work with variety of people. My positions ranged from helping in the kitchen to helping other crew members. I realized that I was very motivated in bettering myself and loved competition. This competitiveness allowed me to become a crew trainer within couple months of working at McDonald; and soon I was helping other crew members to train and become just like me. Through working at McDonald, it really opened my eyes on how important customer service is in any industry. To build a successful business you need to completely satisfy your customers.
